Comment: This book made my art hating child want to do art everyday! It is a guide and how to book. It is not divided into nice little weekly lessons..There are lessons in the book for each chapter. But it teaches the skills to be applied elsewhere. I really was surprised by the "copywork" of lines and shapes. We use copywork in writing, but I didn't think to use it in art. Copywork has been a huge game changer for art here. This is a simple, and great book to have on hand. Use it alone or with another program. Include drawing in all your subjects.
