Signs and Seasons is a classical astronomy course designed to teach you how to read the sky with your eyes alone. The textbook and field activities will teach your child how to understand time and direction from the sky. It can be used for high school credit or used with a younger child under parental guidance.

Comment: Impressive! My son (15) has been studying with Jay Ryan's Classical astronomy for the past several months. I purchased this book years ago in hopes he would pick it up and really enjoy it at some point. He HAS and I am delighted! He is even teaching it to his younger siblings. Back to looking at the stars with our bare eyes. Looking upward the way the wise men did seeking the sign of the Saviour! We have found a perfect place on our property for a Stone Compass to be a permanent fixture. Each of the children will be making their own stone and we will enjoy hours spent over future years discussing the handiwork of God! Thank you Mr Ryan for all your hard work. My children have grown a greater appreciation for our God and His mighty power.
