Growing with Grammar  5/5 (2)

Comment: We LOVE Growing WithGrammar, and its additional curriculum Digging Into Diagramming. We also use their sister program, Winning With Writing.

GwG is fantastic. We are now in our 2nd year of homeschooling and our 6th grade son has loved it since day 1. Our daughter will soon be "leveling up" to 1st grade & can't wait to start the program as well.

It is super easy to use and I really don't have to do much work, other than grading, with my very eager/self learning son. Our daughter, while still in the beginning stages of schooling, will need a little more hands on teaching, but that is normal with any new student. I am sure once she gets into the 'normal' learning routine it will be just as easy for her to work through on a daily basis.

I wouldn't say it is a FULL year curriculum if it is used as a daily subject, even if you add on DiD. It may last Sept-June if used 2-3 times a week.

As a past private school teacher (K-3), I whole heartedly recommend this program!

Comment: After my kids learn how to read I start them on Growing with Grammar, I also use there Soaring with Spelling and Winning with Writing. It covers everything but can be completely tailored to each child, they can do one page a day or 10. I really like that it's a complete curriculum but doesn't cost a fortune.
