Comment: I wanted these to work but my DD hated them and she just whipped through them. If I tried to discuss the content she wouldn't answer the questions thoroughly. However, if I ask for a simple dictation of what she read she did fine. For whatever reason this style of literature learning did not work for her. I do think the program is excellent though and the booklist is great too.
